Have you ever tried to know who your enemy is?

Who does your partner die for?

Who do you shoot?

All of this went through my mind when I was still a young enthusiast of the armed forces. It usually happens with newbies, nothing special, I just grabbed the attention of the  I send  and for a moment, I was honored by it.

The story begins in the wake of humanity's first victory over the TUNGS. We recovered one of the main foundations, fundamental  for human life, we remove from the middle a quarter of a million of the species and  we annihilated another half million hatchlings. Who are these that we hate so much to use the army with excessive forces?

Our first contact with extraterrestrial life outside of Earth's orbit. And they really aren't pretty. Try to imagine a mantis of almost three meters, with the ability to split you in two pieces in a matter of seconds with minimal effort.  They reproduce six hundred times faster than any other insect. They are born in the adult state. They command the arts of ground and aerial combat before their own bodies, and their intelligence surpasses the average human. Scary right?

Believe me a billion of them are worse than you are imagining right now.

This is my story and how I survived these creatures.
